Privacy Policy
Effective: May 28, 2026
Plain-English Summary
Our marketing site at bizproseries.com uses analytics and advertising cookies, but only with your consent — a banner asks before any tracking loads, and you can decline or change preferences at any time. The app at app.bizproseries.com needs cookies to keep you signed in and process payments. We collect the data you give us (invoices, clients, time entries) so we can provide the service. We do not sell your personal information. Your business data stays in Microsoft Azure in the United States. You can export your data and request deletion at any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how DataHub Solutions LLC (“DataHub Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use BizProSeries, our subscription software platform at app.bizproseries.com, or visit our marketing website at bizproseries.com.
BizProSeries is a multi-product platform launching with InvoicePro and TimePro, with additional products planned. This Privacy Policy covers all BizProSeries products and any future products added to the platform.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
- Visitors to bizproseries.com (our marketing website).
- Users of app.bizproseries.com (the BizProSeries application).
- People who contact us at support@bizproseries.com.
- Anyone who interacts with content, communications, or services provided by DataHub Solutions in connection with BizProSeries.
If you use BizProSeries, this is the policy that governs how we handle your information.
2. What We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
When you create an account or use BizProSeries, you provide information including:
- Name, email address, and business name when you sign up.
- Payment information (card details), which is provided directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers — we receive only a token and the last four digits.
- Business records you enter into BizProSeries: invoices, estimates, time entries, client information, brand settings, expense records, and similar business data.
- Content you upload, such as logos and PDF attachments.
- Communications you send to support@bizproseries.com.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you use BizProSeries, we automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
- Login timestamps, feature usage, and error telemetry.
- Performance metrics that help us diagnose problems and improve the service.
On the marketing site at bizproseries.com, we use consent-gated analytics and advertising tracking — Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel — delivered through Google Tag Manager. These technologies are loaded only after you accept through the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics or advertising tracking is loaded. See Section 6.1 for details on the consent flow and Section 5 for the full subprocessor list.
2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not collect:
- Full payment card numbers.
- Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or other government-issued identifiers.
- Health information, biometric data, or other special categories of sensitive personal information.
- Credit reports or credit scores. We do not pull consumer credit, and we do not use credit bureaus.
- Behavioral data from your activity outside of BizProSeries.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain BizProSeries.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing receipts.
- Authenticate your account and protect against unauthorized access.
- Send transactional emails, including invoice delivery on your behalf when you click “Send” inside the application.
- Respond to your support requests and communications.
- Send service announcements, such as planned downtime or material changes to this policy.
- Improve BizProSeries through aggregated, de-identified usage analysis.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your business data — your invoices, your client lists, your time entries — to train machine-learning models or to develop new products. Your data is yours.
4. Where Your Data Lives
BizProSeries data is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the West US 2 region (United States). Backups are maintained within the same region. Some operational data may transit through Cloudflare, our content delivery network, which has points of presence worldwide.
If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country. By using BizProSeries, you consent to this transfer.
5. Subprocessors
We use a small number of subprocessors to operate BizProSeries. Each is contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we direct.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data accessed |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | Application hosting, database, file storage | All business data, account data |
| Stripe | Payment processing, subscription billing | Name, email, billing address, payment card token |
| Clerk | User authentication, account management | Name, email, login activity |
| SendGrid | Transactional email delivery | Recipient email, message content for invoices and notifications |
| Sentry | Error monitoring and diagnostics | IP address, browser info, error stack traces |
| Cloudflare | Content delivery, DNS, DDoS protection | IP address, request metadata |
| Website analytics, advertising measurement and remarketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) | IP address, device/browser info, usage and interaction data, advertising identifiers | |
| Meta Platforms | Advertising measurement and remarketing (Meta Pixel) | IP address, device/browser info, interaction data, advertising identifiers |
| Termly | Cookie consent management across the marketing site (bizproseries.com) and the application (app.bizproseries.com) | Cookie preferences, IP address |
If we change subprocessors, we will update this list. Material changes affecting how your data is handled will be communicated to active customers in advance.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
6.1 Marketing site (bizproseries.com)
Our marketing site at bizproseries.com uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. These technologies are loaded only after you give consent through the banner shown on your first visit. Before you make a choice, no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
The technologies in use:
- Google Analytics — usage and visitor analytics.
- Google Ads — conversion measurement and remarketing.
- Meta Pixel — advertising measurement.
All three are delivered through Google Tag Manager and gated by Google Consent Mode v2. You can decline at the banner, and you can change your preferences at any time by reopening the consent banner. Standard web request logs (IP address, user agent) are also retained briefly by Cloudflare for security and operational purposes — these are not consent-gated because they are essential for serving the site.
6.2 Application (app.bizproseries.com)
The BizProSeries application uses cookies that are necessary for the service to function:
- Authentication cookies set by Clerk to keep you signed in.
- Session cookies that maintain your application state.
- Theme preference cookies that remember your selected interface theme.
- Stripe cookies set during checkout for fraud prevention.
Cookie consent on the application is managed by Termly. You may review and adjust your cookie preferences from within the application.
7. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below. We do not sell personal information.
7.1 With subprocessors
We share information with the subprocessors listed in Section 5, only as necessary for them to provide services to us.
7.2 With your direction
When you use BizProSeries to send an invoice or estimate to a client, we share the necessary information with the recipient on your behalf. When you grant access to additional users within your account, you authorize them to view the data your subscription includes.
7.3 For legal and safety reasons
We may share information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect the rights, property, or safety of DataHub Solutions, our customers, or others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
7.4 Business transfers
If DataHub Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify customers of such a change as described in Section 13 of the Terms of Service.
8. How Long We Keep It
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow account reactivation, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- Business data (invoices, clients, time entries): retained for the duration of your subscription and a limited grace period after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
- Account and billing records: retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance, typically seven years.
- Support communications: retained for a reasonable period for service-history reference.
- Error and security logs: retained for a limited period sufficient for diagnostics and incident response.
You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 10.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including:
- TLS encryption for data in transit between your browser and BizProSeries.
- Encryption at rest for data stored in Microsoft Azure.
- Multi-factor authentication available for your account through Clerk.
- Access controls restricting employee access to customer data to what is necessary for service operations.
- Continuous monitoring through Sentry and Cloudflare to detect and respond to anomalies.
No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for promptly notifying us at support@bizproseries.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Export your business data in standard formats.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
- Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

11. California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents specific rights regarding their personal information. These rights include the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your California privacy rights, email support@bizproseries.com from the email address associated with your account.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws, including the rights listed in Section 10 and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Our lawful bases for processing your information are: (a) performance of a contract — to provide BizProSeries to you; (b) legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve BizProSeries; (c) legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws; and (d) consent — where consent is required by law.
We transfer personal information outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland in reliance on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
13. Children’s Privacy
BizProSeries is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it as soon as reasonably practicable.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active customers by email at the address associated with their account, and the updated Privacy Policy will be posted at bizproseries.com/privacy with a new effective date.
