About BizProSeries

Built for the people running it themselves.

BizProSeries is a focused set of business tools for sole proprietors, freelancers, and small operators who run more than one thing at a time. One subscription, one login, every business you run.

Why this exists.

Most small-business software is built for one of two extremes. There's the enterprise stack — QuickBooks, Salesforce, the rest — designed for companies with accounting departments and full-time admins. And there's the freemium app — slick, free to start, then it hits a paywall the moment you actually use it.

Neither of those is built for the person who is the company. The freelancer who's also the bookkeeper. The contractor who's also the estimator. The consultant running three side projects, each with its own invoicing, time tracking, and client list to keep straight.

BizProSeries is built for that person. Honest pricing. Real software. No upsell traps. Tools that respect the fact that the person using them is already doing six jobs.

One subscription. Every business you run.

Most invoicing tools assume you run one business. If you run two, you need two accounts, two subscriptions, two logins, and you spend half your time switching between them.

BizProSeries was built multi-business from day one. Add a business in the Business Center, switch between them in a dropdown, and each one keeps its own clients, invoices, time entries, and brand settings. You pay once. You sign in once. The software keeps the books straight.

It's the difference between a tool designed for a single user with a single business and a tool designed for the way solo operators actually work.

A platform, not a single app.

BizProSeries launches with two products inside the subscription: InvoicePro for invoicing, estimates, and e-signature, and TimePro for time tracking that flows directly into billable hours. Both share the same business records, the same client list, the same multi-business architecture.

ExpensePro is next — receipt capture, expense categorization, mileage tracking, and clean year-end exports. Launch customers keep their subscription rate and add ExpensePro for $4.95/month. ContractPro follows after that — a browser-based canvas e-signature workflow for service agreements, retainers, and engagement letters.

The plan is one subscription that grows with the platform. Existing customers don't get charged more when new products ship. The launch price is honored permanently — that's not a marketing line, it's a written policy.

No bloat. No board. No nonsense.

BizProSeries is built by DataHub Solutions LLC — not a venture-backed startup, not a sprawling remote team in three time zones. A focused operation where the people who build the software are the same ones who stand behind it.

That posture shapes the product. The pricing is the pricing — no enterprise tier nobody asked for, no "contact sales" pages, no quarterly redesigns chasing the latest trend. The roadmap is the roadmap — products ship when they're ready, and customers know what's coming next.

It shapes the support too. When you email support@bizproseries.com, you reach the people who actually built the thing — not a ticketing queue, not an offshore script. Most emails get answered within a day. Real questions get real answers.

No credit card. Cancel anytime. The launch price is permanent for everyone who signs up before the standard rate kicks in.
