Every customer who signs up at $19.95/month keeps that price for as long as their subscription stays active. That's the launch price, permanently honored.
The locked $19.95 rate applies to the launch bundle: InvoicePro, TimePro, and Estimate E-Signature. As new products ship, they're available as optional add-ons. Your base rate doesn't change unless you choose to add a new product.
The locked rate is non-transferable in the event of acquisition — if BizProSeries is ever acquired, the acquiring company's pricing would apply with at least 90 days written notice to you. Until then, $19.95 is $19.95.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, no credit card required at signup. You only enter payment information if you decide to continue after the trial.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
The 30-day no-card trial is the de-facto refund window. After your first charge, you can request a refund within 7 days. After 7 days, cancellation stops future billing but past charges aren't refunded.
Can I pay annually?
Not yet. Annual plans are planned but not available at launch. Monthly billing only for now.
What does "subscription stays active" mean for the grandfathered price?
If you cancel and re-subscribe later, you'll pay the current standard tier rate. The grandfathered price requires continuous subscription.
