Questions, answered.
Common questions about BizProSeries — what it does, how it's priced, who builds it, and what happens to your data. If your question isn't here, email support@bizproseries.com and you'll get a real reply.
Subscription, trial, and pricing.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, no credit card required at signup. You only enter payment information if you decide to continue after the trial ends. If you don't subscribe, your account stays in trial-expired state and no charges occur.
What does $19.95/month include?
Everything in the launch bundle: InvoicePro (invoicing with 10 layouts and 5 color palettes, recurring invoices, Stripe Connect payments, magic-link client portal), TimePro (live timer, billable hours tracking, project-level reporting), and Estimate E-Signature (ESIGN/UETA compliant signed estimates). All on one subscription. Every business you run is included — no per-business pricing.
My price never goes up, even when new products launch?
Your launch price of $19.95/month stays locked for as long as your subscription stays active. New customers signing up after ExpensePro launches will pay $24.95/month. Your $19.95 rate is for the launch bundle (InvoicePro + TimePro + Estimate E-Signature). When ExpensePro ships, you can add it for $4.95/month if you want it — your base rate doesn't change either way.
What if BizProSeries gets acquired or sold?
The locked rate is non-transferable in the event of acquisition. If BizProSeries is ever acquired, the acquiring company's pricing would apply with at least 90 days written notice to you. This carveout protects acquisition optionality without breaking the promise — until an acquisition happens, $19.95 stays $19.95.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. No early cutoff, no contracts, no cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
The 30-day no-card trial is the de-facto refund window — if BizProSeries isn't right for you, you cancel before the trial ends and never get charged. After your first charge, you can request a refund within 7 days. After 7 days, cancellation stops future billing but past charges aren't refunded.
The product.
What products are included today?
InvoicePro (invoicing), TimePro (time tracking), and Estimate E-Signature (signed estimates) are all live and included in the $19.95 launch bundle. ExpensePro ships in August or September 2026. ContractPro follows after ExpensePro.
When does ExpensePro launch?
August or September 2026. ExpensePro will be included in the new standard tier ($24.95/month) for customers signing up at that point. Launch customers keep their $19.95 rate and can add ExpensePro for $4.95/month if they want it.
Does BizProSeries work on mobile?
The web app works in any modern browser, including mobile. Native mobile apps for iOS and Android are planned for 2027 once all core products are shipped and stable. Receipt camera capture for ExpensePro arrives at ExpensePro launch via the browser camera API — no native app needed.
Can clients pay invoices online?
Yes, via Stripe Connect. Your clients click the Pay Now button on the invoice page (no account signup required for them), enter their card details, and the funds land in your bank account. BizProSeries never touches the money — Stripe routes it straight to you. Typical payout is 2 business days.
Are signed estimates legally binding?
Yes. The signature workflow is ESIGN/UETA compliant — same legal weight as a wet signature anywhere in the United States. IP address, timestamp, and user agent are captured automatically for the audit trail, stored permanently.
Can I export my invoices, estimates, and time entries?
Yes — at any time, with no premium-tier requirement. PDF, PNG, and Excel exports for every invoice and estimate. Excel export for time entries and client lists. The Year-End Bundle export packages everything for taxes or accountant handoff in one ZIP file with one click.
Multi-business architecture.
What does "multi-business architecture" mean?
Run every business you own under one subscription. Each business has its own clients, invoices, estimates, time entries, and brand identity. Switch businesses with a click — no logging out, no separate accounts, no per-business pricing tier. Add as many businesses as you need.
Is there a limit on how many businesses I can add?
No. Unlimited businesses on one subscription. Whether you run one business or ten, the price stays the same.
Can a bookkeeper manage multiple clients' books in BizProSeries?
Yes — this is one of the strongest use cases. Each client's business is its own isolated set of clients, invoices, and time entries. The bookkeeper switches businesses with a click, bills consistently across every client, and never juggles separate logins. No per-business pricing means costs don't scale with client count.
Do clients of one business see anything from another business?
No. Crossover stays clean. A client of Business A doesn't appear in Business B. Each business is fully isolated for client lists, invoices, estimates, and time entries.
Your data, your privacy.
Where is my data stored?
On Microsoft Azure servers in the West US 2 region. Customer data lives in Azure SQL (invoices, estimates, time entries, client lists) and Azure Blob Storage (uploaded logos and files). All transmission is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account, untouched. If you reactivate within 90 days, everything is exactly where you left it. After 90 days of inactive status, a final warning email is sent — if you don't reactivate within 30 days of that, the account and all data are permanently deleted. You can export everything before cancellation using the Year-End Bundle.
Can I delete my account and data on demand?
Yes. Email support@bizproseries.com to request immediate account deletion. Data is permanently removed within 30 days of the request. CCPA and GDPR deletion rights are honored.
Does BizProSeries sell or share my data?
No. Customer data is never sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes outside of BizProSeries's own service to you. The only third parties that touch your data are operational subprocessors: Microsoft Azure (hosting), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), Sentry (error monitoring).
Is my data secure?
Yes. All authentication runs through Clerk with strict user enumeration and disposable email blocking. All payments run through Stripe (PCI DSS compliant — BizProSeries never stores card numbers). Multi-tenant scoping enforces that one customer's data can never be accessed by another customer. Production monitoring via Sentry and UptimeRobot.
Does the marketing website use cookies or trackers?
Yes — analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel via Google Tag Manager), but only after you give consent. A consent banner asks before any tracking loads, and you can decline or change preferences at any time. Tracking defaults to off until you accept. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of subprocessors and what each one accesses.
The company behind it.
Who builds BizProSeries?
BizProSeries is built and operated by DataHub Solutions LLC. We build practical software for independent professionals and the people running multiple businesses — because the alternatives are bloated, overpriced, or designed for enterprises that don't look anything like you. No investor pressure, no board, no roadmap full of features nobody asked for. Just software that works for the people doing the work.
How do I get support?
Inside the app, click your profile menu and select Help — this opens the in-app Support Center with Quick Start guides, full FAQ, and a contact form. Before signup, email support@bizproseries.com directly. Most emails are answered within one business day. No tickets, no auto-responders — just a real reply.
What's on the product roadmap?
Next up: ExpensePro (August–September 2026) — receipt capture, expense categorization, mileage tracking, IRS Schedule C tax exports. After that: ContractPro — full-document e-signature with audit trail for client contracts and statements of work. Beyond that: deeper integrations, native mobile apps, and additional products driven by customer feedback.
What if BizProSeries shuts down?
Your data stays exportable for the duration of your subscription period — PDF, PNG, Excel exports work the whole time, including the Year-End Bundle. If BizProSeries ever shut down operations, a wind-down notice and data export window would be provided with no less than 90 days written notice. The same M&A carveout language applies.
Can I see what's been built and what's coming?
The Features page covers everything live today. The Pricing page lists upcoming products with timing. For deep technical details or roadmap discussions, email support@bizproseries.com — every pre-sale question gets a real answer.
